Brazil is still a country that does not have a well-defined recycling program by the government, this type of action is still part of each citizen's initiative, that is, the citizen himself willingly does so that he somehow feels a contributor to the prevention of the environment.
At the moment, there are no incentives or obligatoriness for the collections to be made, so all recycling stations are private and only collect some material types and are not always easy to find.
According to surveys, more than 85% of the population does not have access to the selective waste collection. When asked if they did not select the garbage, some answered that they did not feel comfortable doing it, because they would have to accumulate the trash for a few days and believed they would attract animals and so on. Others said they had no idea how to start recycling or until this type of collection existed
Aiming to implant a recycling culture in the country, the idea was to create a solution that would reach all kinds of people and varied ages, that is, all social classes through a virtual wallet where the user will be awarded a virtual currency every once the waste is dispatched to partner sites, they will receive the materials to be recycled.

I use Gamestorming method from Dave Gray, and as a basis for evaluation of our project, I start our gamestroming using 360º View is a Kanban presented by Nelson Vasconcelos in Design Sprint Methods for to identify the positives and negatives of the project separately in; marketing, sales and product strategy, user experience and engineering.
I interviewed several people to define our personas.
The next step was to create the proto-personas, together with the team I made the adjustments of which characteristics were realistic or not. Following in the footsteps of Alan Cooper in his book About Face 3. I idealized behaviour variables, demographics, mapped them, identified patterns of behaviour, as well as listed the relevant characteristics and objectives of the respondents. The next step was to check the whole set of personas to eliminate the redundancies, and soon after, the narratives were developed and the types of people determined.
I write the stories with a focus on the user and adopt the following patterns on the card: "To", "I, as ...", "I want". After everything prepared, I collected the previously created Persona, scenarios and stories and put everything in UX Canvas inspired by the classic Business Model Canvas.
The next process then was to perform the brainstorm of features classified by proto-people and goals. I took the created proto-personas and sorted them on the Y-axis each of the team thought about some goals for them, then classified the objectives in the X-axis and started the brainstorm of features to solve the goals thinking about each proto-person.
I continued with the prioritization of features, but this time focused on the user, the objective was to prioritize the tasks taking into account technical effort and financial return. I created the canvas, put the proto-people that I had defined and only then did the prioritizations of the sites.
With mainly our MVP created for our wireframes or "roughframes", I selected one of the stories, and each member of the team performed eight steps. The best solutions were voted, I took this drawing and discussed what would be extracted and constructed of the answer in the question. When I reached a consensus, I created a final version of the chosen solution.
To evaluate our wireframes, I asked some people from other teams to do a heuristic evaluation using Nilsen's rules for assessing the problems and possible solutions.
